Wow Croc, you're still with the living. Get your mill orders finished yet? Check your e-mail, a cute one about cattle guards for those who know what they are.

Yesterday went kinda fishing, line in the water and sleeping in the sun. Today it got cold. I went to visit Charley and took my wife's cell phone. I pulled in his drive and called him so I could sit in my heated seat until he opened the door. I'm getting spoiled.

I'm still wondering how JFred's butterball managed to elude the train's cowcatcher. But come to think of it, weren't cowcatchers put out to pasture during the Truman administration?

It's great to see you back, Croc. You were missed.

Well well, look who slithered back outta the bayou.

The Santeria idea is interesting. Lots of folks around here who pay homage to cows and such, but precious few Santerians. And the greatly shrunken Butterball isn't near a crossing, it's right on the Santa Fe mainline. It may be ready by Christmas to send to Gaugie.
