Another thing that isn't widely disclosed is the fact the 10000. tax deduction is only for the first child. And, that is only if you qualify based on income, etc.. And, I believe the 10000. on the first child is suspect because you lose the personal deduction for the child if you claim the 10000.. Just what we need is to further complicate the tax code. Tax preparers, CPA's, tax attorneys love them. I understand the money spent (wasted) in preparing tax returns in in the billions of dollars. Get simple. But, you can't do that with Gore.
