"Because you can't call stocks that sell at low multiples like Dell (DELL:Nasdaq - news) and Compaq (CPQ:NYSE - news) and IBM (IBM:NYSE - news) -- definite storage plays -- a bubble. Those are reasonably priced. That's the opposite of a bubble!"
