Is this why VSEA is down more than $50 a share????

FELCH: I mean investors who make recommendations or people who make recommendations to investors on whether they should make significant investments in Varian Semiconductor Equipment stock.
WIDMANN: Do you know the names of any of the investors?
FELCH: No, I don't.
WIDMANN: Do you know, do you have any knowledge of the decision making process they went through to determine whether or not they would make an investment?
FELCH: I don't know the details.
WIDMANN: Aside from not knowing the names of investors, can you identify the names of any of the organizations they were affiliated with?
FELCH: I don't know.
WIDMANN: Do you know the geographic location of any of the investors?
FELCH: I think there's one in New Jersey, I think there's one, at least one, in the Boston area.
WIDMANN: What leads you to say that one is in New Jersey?
FELCH: I know that at one time on -- at the beginning, the so-called road show, when our executives were going to the different investors to talk about the new company, they did go to one in New Jersey, in the Princeton area.
WIDMANN: Okay. And did they -- was any information conveyed to you that the investors or investor in the New Jersey, Princeton, area said anything to anyone from Varian that indicated to you that your reputation had been harmed?
FELCH: I don't remember which investors, I was just told in general that investors had made comments to executives.
WIDMANN: Who told you that, ma'am?
FELCH: I believe that it was Mr. Aurelio.
