Impristine, from what I remember, federals laws generally forbid the use before court of testimonials obtained under false pretences or otherwise cheated out of persons. If not it is highly questionable, and I suppose that most people will be mum on that topic in the future. Matter closed....

I presented myself as such, because I was moving my accounts to Datek. In fact, six were opened on line. However, they aren't going to be funded as a direct result of what has since transpired. {I took the time to respond to you in Private Message about my experiences with datek.} Yes, and I replied thanking you for the info. {You can go now.
