You are the one claiming crazy damages. Like what if your client would have bought the top gainer of the day at the low,sold at the high and repeated for the next 2 weeks. I have been with them 4 years. Never knew they took contingency orders ! LOL

Datek is not perfect, but if you want bad, try e-TRADE, Ameritrade or Suretrade.
