I enjoyed reading that account, Jim. You stated: "I don't know what mix of factors, that you alluded to in your upstream post, pertains here... " Probably all of them, some more subtle than others, but when the participants are skilled in the art of consensus making you would notice them less. As in the way a congressperson always refers to their most vehement adversaries as "My Very Honorable Colleague from the State of (pick one)." OTOH, in some of the more pedestrian undertakings that don't often make it to C-SPAN, it's not uncommon to hear reports that items such as books and markers were flung across the meeting room out of frustration. <smile> Thanks for posting the account.
