G.H.I must agree, Given the size of the prize in these guys eyes, one must at least summerise that if tril would pick up the % from the other guys, this would be wise, at least in my eyes, or can this be another guise? :)

A 2 mil. investment by tril might just show some confidence in this well.

GH: here's another twist -

If CWQ is the only JV partner remaining, that gives them 1st right of refusal on the other 95% of the cash call. So, if it's as big as TRIL claims, that makes CWQ a takeover candidate as the only sure way for an outsider to gain an interest that can be expanded all the way to 75% APO. Suppose a bigger oil company knows how to solve the frac issue--like BKP--a million shares of stock for CWQ and a couple million dollar cash call gets 75% of the prize. That would be less money than they've spend thus far in ELH.

I know, that's all pretty far fetched, but what if...
