I don't know. The most likely answer as I suggested in my earlier email is re-charecterization (other things are long shots unless there is some other data to back it up).

Jozef,

It is likely related to faster transistors being used at dresden.

If they tweak the process to increase high end the power comsumption likely had to be revised.

These 1.2Ghz parts not coming from fab 25.
