And a 'President' Bush is going to end this Microsoft prosecution/verdict just as soon as he's sworn in because Microsoft (and co.) were big contributors to his campaign? --- You're a pretty sophisticated investor. (IMO) -JCJ

The implication was from my understanding, JCJ, that the Bush statement was indicative of his stance when it comes to antitrust. It would be wise to assume that he will not drop the case while at the Appellate level. Beyond that he sure might. As I have pointed out on countless occasions before, a settlement constructive to Microsoft's management would be in all likelihood, a sure deal under a GWB administration. It should be added that, un-countered 'big contributions' is in part, what brought about this mess to some; and a dream for others.

Sophisticated investor? Well thanks, I think. <g>

It seems that your leanings are more in line with Ralph Nader, who seems to be a very sincere, honest man who is full of conviction to his beliefs. So for EVERYONES sake, please do vote for him. I'd really appreciate it, I mean REALLY! <vbg>
