3i, This is nothing yet in the price action to suggest a major rally. The only encouraging thing that has happened is the INTC/MSFT rally. But even that has a certain feeling of nostalgia rather than pent up demand. Yeah I know the liquidity argument and maybe yes, maybe no. My feeling is that there is a symbiotic relationship between the institutions and the retail crowd, ie both are required for a rally. But right now traders and investors are both still "in abstentia". I also think that predictions based on past seasonal rallies only work until they stop working. Alan
