Tom,

I also believe that HOMS is incredible overvalued.

I would just want to point out what happened to HOMS when they did a secondary offering. The price was driven higher and higher, to get the secondary off at a tremendous premium to the recent trading range. This is contrary to almost every other secondary that I have see.

HOMS is one tremendously manipulated POS by the biggest of big money. Thus, watch for very screwy price action.
