Wow...what a thread! No posts, no news feeds...I have mentioned for some time the SFA lawsuit against GMST as being potentially a cliff for SFA to fall over...well here is the twist: From 100cfm: 136 MSOs using GMST's EPG/IPG of which 100 have signed longterm agreements. Was very positive about the case against SA, in fact he said the judge in the case must be scratching his head since MOT was a major Party in the SA suit and they have settled and agreed to pay G 200M. Reading between the lines SA/Pioneer don't stand a chance. They now are facing a big problem with the AOL/TW merger since TW is SA's largest customer and AOL is an exclusive Licensee of G. They are in "active" negotiations and the results will be very positive for G and very negative for SA/Pioneer. I for one am picking my ins / outs very carefully with SFA... Good luck, Eric
