Interactive Telesis Reports Fiscal Year 2000 Results

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 30, 2000--Interactive Telesis Inc. (OTC BB: TSIS), a leading provider of speech-enabled hosting services, today announced its audited annual financial results for its fiscal year 2000.

For the fiscal year ending July 31, 2000, audited figures showed consolidated revenue increased by 60 percent to $4,832,094 over the previous fiscal year with a consolidated net loss of $132,221 representing a loss per share of approximately 0.00 cents per share.

The Company's reduction in profitability is primarily due to the Company's acquisition of Paragon Voice Systems and the realignment of that subsidiary as a speech technology software application development organization. Interactive Telesis' operating income for fiscal year 2000 was $419,192 before inclusion of Paragon Voice Systems. The annual consolidated net loss reflects the inclusion of the Company's share of losses $303,003 incurred during the period by Paragon Voice Systems and the goodwill amortization of $78,195 associated with the purchase of Paragon. The Company's unconsolidated fiscal year 2000 net income exclusive of Paragon was $248,977.

``Our financial results for our fiscal year 2000 reflect our commitment to position the Company as a premier hosting provider for the emerging speech recognition industry,'' said Don Cameron, chief executive officer of Interactive Telesis. ``We have made a significant strategic re-investment of our cash flow beginning with our acquisition of Paragon Voice Systems this year and the aggressive build-out of our first phase of hosting infrastructure for automated speech recognition (ASR) services.''

``We are likely to experience negative earnings for the next few quarters as we aggressively expand our network facilities to support anticipated demand in the latter part of the new fiscal year,'' Cameron stated. ``We expect to see significant revenue increases resulting from market acceptance for speech recognition technology to commence in this fiscal year and expanding into the future. We believe strongly that this market will offer substantial rewards for those companies with the required expertise and infrastructure.''

Barbara : This is it. It's time. I have to pull out all the stops In my spirit I feel that as I type this ;; Everything is being laid on the line, It's do or die. You know I have a prayer thread on TSIS. I don't want to offend anyone but if you value your future and your investing future , extraordinary times call for extarordinary measures.. I posted this on RB. Please read...

OT. Indy Val: You stepped forward. OK. Not threatened by that. But you have challenged me and I have to give it my best shot. I have read the book you refer to 10 years ago and remember most of it . It is a great book. Principles of debt reduction, budgeting,, investing, saving, paying yourself.....let me now start building my theme..

John Gregory has given away over 7 million dollars this year.
He is CEO of King Pharmaceuticals , in Bristol Tennessee, symbol KG. I doubt if many people besides Wingman could find it on a map. They just made it to the BIG BOARD, NYSE , this year. Ten years ago John Gregory and I were attending the same church. He was driving his wife and three kids to church in a beaten , dented, Dodge Colt stationwagon. How did he make it to where he is today..Good question.

Do you want me to tell you what the problem with this board is and TSIS and the TSIS employees . Only, that they are decent, hardworking, law abiding, family oriented people, God fearing people here and investors here. What's wrong with that you say.
Can I quote from , not the richest man in Babylon but the richest man ever to live...King Solomon.
Proverbs 8:9 A hypocrite with his MOUTH destroyeth his neighbor. Proverbs 8:11 By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted: but IT IS OVERTHROWN BY THE MOUTH OF THE WICKED. If the mouth, (DOES IT SAY PLURAL, NO SINGLE, one mouth is enough) has the power to bring down a city, I ask you can many mouths bring this thread and TSIS down, yes absolutely.
Why , I ask does gibels stick around,?? the same reason the Romans stuck around to witness the Christians being thrown to the lions. He is bemused by the prospect of our crashing and burning. As are the rest of the bashers.

Back to John Gregory. He started King Pharmaceuticals . The comapny is named after his 'king', are you following me? How did he put together a NYSE comapny in 10 years --, by applying not principles of Babylon, a heathenistic, culture, but biblical principles. You see, even the heathens have principles, in fact they are not even divided among themselves.
But John surrounded himself with employees, and private shareholders that realized they were not fighting against, flesh and blood, but against spiritual and demonic forces in high places, principalities and powers, against rulers of darkness, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
By a lot of prayer, unity, and intercession in the spiritual realm they were able to successfully complete their strategy; not by haranging with bashers( that is what the IGNORE BUTTON IS FOR ).John Gregory is now worth over 300 million.

We have a decent board here. No cussing, dirty jokes, just great people ; why have we been singled out for failure ?? The amusement of it all for one , and why just over a year ago did we take a dramatic chance into AVR with Paragon. It caught the enemy off guard. I'm telling you , the progress we are making has burned the pants off some very important people and those in high spiritual places. They will settle for nothing less than total anihilation.

What can we do about it. Very Simple. We just have to stick together......spiritually.. and realize that our battle is not with flesh and blood. We have to form an army, or at least a detachment here. These bashers haven't the slightest idea why they enjoy yanking on so many chains around here, IGNOR them. Our fight isn't with them.

We sang a song at church the other night , the chourous went like this. 'Everything Will Be Allright' 'Keep the Faith' 'Trust and Pray' 'And You Will Let God Have His Way'.....

Closing: I do not want to offend anyone, I have never done anything like this in over 25 years of investing. I can tell you TSIS is on the very threshold of great success or total failure. I have told you that TSIS can be brought down by one MOUTH, and we have more than that bad mouthing us here. Do you want one or two or 4 or 5 people running their mouth to destroy us ? If you agree with what I am saying and want TSIS to prosper beyong your wildest imagination I ask you all to do one thing. Lay your hand on the screen you are looking at, in agreement with me and in your own words, ask God that we need His help....that is all I ask.

So Indy Val : No. I wasn't being judgemental , I hope you get rid of the clunker you drive, and get a brand new car with TSIS proceeds, I hope all of us do. But I want you to also , pay off your house, establish a charitable trust, send the kids through college, get a second home in Florida; but I saw the direction this thread was taking and I just have to get us back on track. If we all do this I think you//we// will see immediate results. Put another way , how much is it costing you, what or who would it hurt, and even if for experimentation, is it worth a try......Digger
