BAY should be on the radar screen for a number of companies. A well financed mid tier like MDG or GLG makes the most sense and is a good fit. Or they could partner with an ANGLY or NDY, and have them take this into production. But, significant dilution when the stock trades at $5 per ounce is a mistake. There are no details about the size of this PP, so let's hope it is just a small one (one million or so) to keep operating and get some of their buddies on board cheap.
