I appreciate you're trying to keep this thread abreast of RMBS issues even though we didn't ask you to do so.

In any case, let me point out to you a major discrepancy in the posters argument for RMBS....the companies that he cites above are fast growing companies that have a viable and innovative product that allows them to gain market share without having to go thru the court system.

Why is it that RMBS has to go to court to enforce its position vis-a-vis its product? That, in itself, makes me question RMBS's credibility.

Think about it.
