Wall St. DOES know what SSTI is worth and that's why institutions have been buying for the last few months. If you check with your favorite financial website what the institutional ownership is for SSTI it should be somewhere around 50% of the float. A couple of months ago, it was only 30%! Sounds like Wall St. has been accumulating at these prices at the expense of the retail investor. JMHO, MicroE
