I agree that we should minimize personal attacks. I try to not attack a person but to reason with, debate with and attack a position that I feel is very wrong. It would be unfair and unreasonable to let something slide that your convictions tell you is a misrepresentation of the facts. But, some of us are a little more emotional and, sometimes caustic, but that is part of the game. I would bet each of us form an opinion about the knowledge, judgement, trustworthiness, motives, etc. of posters we read. Therefore, I say let everyone post and then let each person decide who they believe has the right ideas.
