Indeed... that has been such an intense problem over the past 8 years. Few people really and truly like Clinton, but they are forced to respect him because of the manner in which he abuses his power.

Therefore, he can choose the very best people and not be threatened about them getting more press or recognition

And won't that be a refreshing change?

Finally both Republican and Democratic congressmen and Senators can compete to see who can be more bi-partisan...

Ideally, the president should set the agenda and then leave congress to figure out how to get it done, giving them their due credit.
