Hmmm....after reading the last month or so worth of posts, I realize that I must be just about the last QCOM'er to have come over to Sandisk. Had a couple of questions as I finish my DD....

1) How many units of CF/MMC did Sandisk ship last quarter? Even a ballpark would help....not sure if this info is publically available since the last press release I found on the subject was from the 2nd Q last year (when they hit 1m).

2) From what I have read there are at least 5 MP3 equipped cell-phones set to hit the market by the end of the year

Siemens....definitely Sandisk

Audiovox...very likely Sandisk, since this phone will be manufactured by Toshiba. Any confirmation?

Sanyo....I believe that Secure Multimedia card refers to Sandisk. Am I correct?

Samsung...Samsung already sells MP3 equipped phones in Korea. It looks like they are not using Sandisk....rather they are using some sort of embedded flash.

LG.....Definitely Sandisk. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find the phone on sale on any of the Korean operators sites. FWIW, I found a picture of the phone (text in Korean).

Could a delay in the introduction of a MP3 phone accounted for the DSO being up substantially? Just thinking aloud....
