>> I guess we'll allow you to call it Sugarloaf Mountain <<

Most people from out west say we have no mountains in the mid-Atlantic at all ! I pretty much agree with them. We don't have anything like Grouse Mountain in our area <gg>.

In Phoenix, there a "mountain" called Squaw Peak:

gemland.com

Its a 1200 ft elevation climb and the trail is about 1 1/4 miles long. I used to climb it in 25 - 30 minutes .... in 100 degree weather. I did it once when it was 113 degrees. That should give you and Vision21 some indication that I'm not a complete desk-jockey.

I call the workout "God's Stairmaster". I think the pictures should give you an idea why.

There were some people who could actually run up this thing ... and then run back down. Not only were they in good shape, they were also very brave. Its easy to trip and fall of the trail. <yikes !>

Good luck today,
Chris
