I was answering a specific post by Charley Mane. Namely: Remember when things weren't going so well early on in the bombing campaign against Milosevic? Every NATO country except Britain was grumbling and some were talking of bolting from the coalition. The sentiment among average Europeans is anti-NATO. I can't see how NATO remains tenable after the EU puts together that 60,000 troop rapid response force. ........... HE, not I, suggested Nato would not "remain tenable"- please take the issue up with him. Apparently he has swallowed some of your party line, or whose ever party line you think it is. But then you're obviously the expert in party lines. You've certainly got your own down. Party on.
