I would like to see our schools teach basic math, reading with phonics, writing with grammar (and let's not worry about crushing those innocent little souls with a little well needed CORRECTION on their writing papers), social studies that doesn't involve stupid projects done mostly by parents....I could go on, but what's the point? Unfortunately our education system is and has been controlled by liberals for the past 40 years. University liberals have been behind most if not all of these fads. It has been conservatives that have pushed for the basics.
