As I understand it, in this report, they were dealing with a very interesting and specific question- not addressed in the Grissmer report, about minority proficiency. It wasn't the NAEP results that were at issue- but rather the gross discrepancy between the TAAS results and the NAEP results. I find that interesting. Whatever the reason for the report, or the release of the report, it's an interesting question. I hope they follow it up.
