I don't want to take sides in the question of whether D.K.'s interpretations are legal or not. But the thing I can't figure out is this: D.K. obviously has a lot of respect for Brinker's work, because he has stated that he is taking Brinker's advice. If I was in D.K.'s shoes, and thought highly enough of someone to trust my financial well-being to him, and was running a business based on his work, the minute I learned that he objected to this activity, I would waste no time in ceasing it and issuing pro-rata refunds to my subscribers. Call me old-fashioned, but biting the hand that feeds me is not on my list of things to do.
