Thanks Tom....I think the key is the litigation...settlement with the vendors.......Other factors are already known and should be factored in, wouldnt you think? As far as settlement with vendors, why do you think this will transpire in the near term. Everything I read says it could drag on awhile....and remember, we are looking at a Jan time frame. Do the again, new comments from INTC not give you any concern. More FUD to cloud the picture and if this picture stays cloudy for the next 2 months, are we not in trouble? Thanks.....keith
