ADCT offers network equipment, software and integration services for broadband, multiservice networks that deliver Internet/data, video and voice communications over telephone, cable TV, Internet, broadcast, wireless and enterprise networks. For the nine months ended 7/31/00, net sales rose 49% to $2.26 billion. Net income totalled $799.9 million, up from $47.6 million. Results reflect strong sales of copper systems and a gain on the conversion of Siara Systems investment. figanin
