Eski, Not at all. I believe CISCO is going to move upward as the analysts are helping this stock price in a bad scenario for telcom related spending.

Even the LEH analyst who reduced his target said that if we get a rate cut, it could change everything as lending gets easier. If the market anticipates a rate cut in the near term, it automatically changes the situation with Cisco.
However, in the meantime, we have some negatives built into the stock price. If Chambers delivers and keeps his guidance intact, I think the market will trust him and push the stock higher and will consider the slowdown in spending to be less of a factor.
