Cal

Big money players are not interested in the O&G sector. I can't figure why. The best explanation I've heard so far is that they are looking 3 years down the road. They seem to think they'll get better returns from Tech and Financial.

All I know is what the market is telling me and it has stopped me out of a couple of favorites already.

Take Care
Al

T think over all the investment community is ignoring the big picture. Consumption and reserves, one increasing while the other is decreasing. From a long term perspective oil has know where to go but up. What people don't seem to understand is that oil does a lot more than power their car.
Lets face facts this is a non renewable resource and how much do we consume, 73,000.000 bbls a day. Unless I see the consumption numbers decrease, long term oil will be a good in investment.

B.C. Rig Activity List - posted Thursday afternoon at ogc.gov.bc.ca

Some trivia:
The list for Nov. 01 details 28 current well site locations that are drilling. Listed below are some possibly
"interesting" deeper wells.

Re: Project Total Depth - 5,000 feet is 1,524 metres and 8000 feet is the same as 2,439 metres.
Deepest well on the list below is just under 12,000 feet (3,630 metres).

Deepest well shown on the LOCATION list (452 wells detailed) is a Talisman et al licenced site in the
Sukunka area (b-79-J/94-P-4) that shows an estimated total project depth of 4,667 metres (approx. 15,300 feet).

%@(*#&%$y@!!! - tHE Formatting below is screwed. Apologies & I give up trying to align columns, etc.
Fixed Format works a bit better however it's still not right.
