Bambs, Actually as odd as it may seem,all my years on Wall St. I have experienced exactly what the Phoenix is talking about. Analyst generally upgrade when a stock is trading at its high and downgrade when it trades at its low. Don't ask me to explain why as I don't have a clue! Cindy
