"What is the significance of the "marginal" new low? What does that tell you as opposed to deeper new low." Marginal new low: Basically, it has to go down enough through the old low to make all the bottom pickers since the first low (pardon my French) puke up all their long positions and admit defeat, so we need to see volume. Once that is done, we need to see if new sellers come into the picture, or if the selling is done. That is what the 2B test of bottom is all about. Teresa
