I feel that for any rally to be sustained, it needs to be broadbased, and to assume, not saying you are, that the NAZ will just follow the DOW and catch up hasnt worked to long time, in light of the EXTREME SECTOR ROTATION we have seen for the last 1.5 years.

It could be bullish for the DOW but bearish for the NAZ
