I think NT is a great company, well positioned, well managed. That being said, I am very concerned about its short term price action and think we will see lower numbers. The market moves on psychology, as well as earnings. Right now the mind-set is that telecom spending will decrease due to problems of financing purchases by telcos and clecs. Vendor financing, by CSCO, LU, and NT well may becoma a major bugaboo in the coming months, and a big damper on the stock prices.
With a perspective of years, NT is cheap here at 40-41, for the next few months however, i fear we will see prices close to 30. hope i am wrong. disclosure, long small NT position. larry

Exactly - Cramer is like the weatherman who looks out the window and sees snowflakes falling ... then predicts it will snow. He is also a "fair weather" fan - hyping stocks that are already in favor and, when they go down, he issues warnings. IMO, Cramer is at best a fledgling opportunist and at worst a manipulative scumbag. My opinion though.

Is Cramer the same anal-ist who just a few months ago was saying JDSU stood for (Just Don't Sell Us) while the stock was trading at its peak?

Talk about lack of credibility. After suckering investors into buying at the peak, he is now saying that these stocks are overvalued. The thoughts of "manipulation" and "firing squad" come to mind when I hear comments from such A-hole anal-ists.
