FWIW, I have engineer friends who work at NT here in Montreal. They all tell me the same thing. They are all exhausted from having to work overtime because they have more work than they can handle. What am I missing here? Where does Lehman get its information?

Robert, Citing a comment from CNN is far from convincing. The RHK report seems to contradict your post. The comments from VZ today seem to contradict your post (in terms of spending). Too bad that you own NT. I was able to escape most of the carnage by dumping at around 10 this morning. The prices seem very enticing right now but sentiment is a tough thing to battle. The entire sector is getting hit thanks to the same guy at Lehman that helped pump up the sector. why anyone listens to these guys (up or down) baffles me. At this point, we should all get the same information as he does due to the FD rule. What purpose does he have now?
