None of my brokers have said anything.

My notice and new App. came in this morning's mail, and it was only for one of my two Fidelity brokerage accounts, so things are still in the mail.

Just talk to my broker (edreyfus.com). He said that NYSE came out with a rule
to disallow "day trading" in cash accounts. What that means is that
you get the money from the sale only on the trade settlment day. FWIW. ild
