Well, I for one am still chickening in this environment. Just took those GMST off the table for !4 profit (sold at $64-3/4). I did get back (with a triple, again) into SCMR at $57-3/4, maybe this time we run a little further, but by 2:30,if there is no sign of a real turn around, I think we will sink badly, so these will go.

In edit, that was a fast one they run SCMR to just under $59, I managed to get out at $58-3/4. $2 left (VBG). In the meanwhile, I could not resist the continuous reascend of VECO and jumped in at $63.

Mets in 6:

I don't disagree. ORCL & SUNW were #4 & #5 in market cap in March about $180 M & $150 M in market cap and now are $150 M and $165 M respectively. They posted very good numbers in last two quarters.

However, INTC, MSFT and CSCO have been slaughtered by 40-50% and still are at least twice as large as those two. My point is that the major excesses in tech valuations are nearly completed if we don't get hard landing.
The story of when, how much money and what stocks people favor is to be filled in. I wouldn't offer too much specific information in this regard but I feel people are testing the water by the way S&P is trending upwards.
