OG, perhaps this will shed some light. Certainly seems to contradict other interpretations of the RHK report being bandied about this and other threads.

If you listen to Verizon Comm. CC, demand for internet related services is booming.
This itself explain where the money are going.
Lehman will come with another call later explaining with more details spending distribution. It will be after his client are loaded.
