CNNfn interview of some bloke, an expert on oil, spoke of elections

he claims OPEC and Iraq prefer Bush
despite fact that Bush would enact measures to increase oil production
e.g. free up federal lands for exploration and drilling

those who apparently want to see Bush as US president:
- Arab oil producers
- the deep pocketed American investors and investment houses
- any and all retail tech stock investor
- Somalian war lords
- video game enthusiasts
- the majority of the state of Tennnessseee

I totally despise the month of October

where will leadership emerge from the technology groups ???

it will be stocks with good strong growth and reasonable valuation

perhaps telecoms?
perhaps networkers?
perhaps fiberoptics?
perhaps software?
perhaps computers?

my guess is in this order
