my understanding is that the further spinoff of awe is considered part of the restructuring, but i am not aware of the date, if there is in fact one.

I think the current value of T includes AWE's ownership (85%). However the proposed breakoff may include the prorata share.

The intrinsic value of T changes everyday. I would like to think that were ok, but like you I wish I had VZ instead of T. However maybe VZ's news over the weekend suggest they don't hold all the cards.
