A Great Arbitrage play :

MCHP buying TLCM

conversion as follows if mchp price is below 28.30 conversion will be .053....if MCHP is higher then 32.61, conversion will be .046

currently, TLCM has a nice bit of premium at $13.00

Just thought I'd pass it on.

Did a quickie trade on qcom....gained 1/2 point and bailed, and it wasnt many shares. I think I did the trade more to try and restore some faith that I can make a positive trade. In fact, what I did was prove that my risk tolerance is not what it used to be. I know I could have held the shares and sold for higher on the next positive naz day, yet, I was too scared to hold the shares, in case of further drop and further hurt on my equity. I think until the market does turn, it will be tough to regain the faith. Now, on the other hand, if I had some cash, I wouldnt hesitate to buy some select beaten downs, but since there is no cash to spend, my hand is forced.

Again, anotherday that the naz is not down too overly bad, yet my portfolio is down 10times the % the naz is down...typical.
