I'm sorry to here about your issue of confidentiality. Let me say that no matter what you decide about further posting, I've enjoyed your informative post, and a lot of the uninformative as well <g>.

Thanks
Jim

with people who are not overly friendly toward me

You must have been one grub over the line, eh?

My enthusiasm for SI has diminished as well ever since my little incident. When everything you say is fodder for critique and liable to offend someone I find it too difficult a task to be who I am and still fit in.

I would never even think of posting some of the goodtime jolly talk we used to enjoy without worrying about it. It could just be my awareness changing but it seems that the original vibe has changed...at least for me

I considered starting a moderated thread that would exclude everyone..call it "The Specimen jar"..just me ranting about stuff that bugs me with the occasional tax loss play with chart thrown in<g>

Jorjio~

all will of course honor your wishes, though your posts will be much missed if you decided to be less visible

people can and do disappoint, in cyber and real life. it is part of trusting and inter-acting with people

the market has been stressful, some take it out on others, on people who are high profile, like yourself

it is not fair and carries little meaning for 99% of the SI community

please remember, no matter what you do post, every person is responsible for their own buys, sells and positions

if they in any way blame a person, then they belong in a mutual fund

or on a lemming farm

they will all eventually fail at investing

ms profound

Jorjie, you had a great thread, limited membership, few people who were comfortable with each other...I remember the last 2 years when I discovered PnF thread.

It became too popular....and one has to pay the price for fame....

Don't let the bastards get you down!

Shit happens. People make mistakes. Now put your chin up, Buckie, and get back out there. We love ya!
