If Luke was worth half a shit, he would have downgraded or reduced Juniper's target and rating. If CSCO is in such bad shape that he has to reduce his target by 28 - 33%, these other high fliers shouldn't even be on his screen at their present valuations. Also throw GE and KO in there.knc

"A skittish market punished Cisco Systems on Monday after a brokerage firm issued a less-than-enthusiastic report about the data networking giant--one of the most hard-charging stocks during the late '90s bull run."

Unless Lehman is naive, and I don't believe it for a moment, they should have known the impact that their report would have on the stock's price.

And why release the report now? Why didn't they release it b4 CSCO was in a quiet period.

Great companies with great CEOs can have a stock price decline--for a very long time.

Most, if not all CEOs, are replaced if a companies stock price remains depressed for an extended period.
