Given that pIII is not competitive (as per intels own words) and 80% market share I do not believe that 10mil p4s would be enough.

This will be a dilema for Intel marketing dept. How do you sell coppermine Piii and Celeron in Q1 nd Q2 for > $50. In Q4 and Q1, Intel will be still safe with their underperforming chips in the server and mobile market, but toward the end of Q1 and Q2, AMD will present a challenge there as well.
