EDIT- looks closer to 20%

MCHP/TLCM DEAL :

By the way, if you do the numbers, tlcm has about a 25% premium coming, and if we do get a good nov/dec rally, that premium will be a while lot more.

Current MCHP price = $28.75
Current TLCM price $13
Conversion 53%
$28.75 x 53% = $15.23 price for tlcm

Lets hopefully assume the chip sector rebounds nov/dec.....TLCM at $13 right now could be a big winner.

Just my opinion of course.....

:) San Diego weather report.

Much, much better weather in San Diego.
Sun is not hiding anywhere anymore. It is looking right in my window.
Still some clouds, but they are far far away. They look like they are ready to give birth to many small happy running white sheep.

It is not heavy grey steel any more but more like white cotton.

I can not say if the storm is completely over.
But the weather has changed from rainy to sunny.
The sun still has to dry the unusually humid for San Diego air.

:)
