Duke: I beg to differ, the gov't. is impervious to uncertainty as they have no bottom line except when it comes to war with other nations. As for the states getting tobacco $ who would they give it to? Where did your county spend their tobacco money. On hospital facilities and clinics - I'll bet not. Probably on Parks and Playgrounds. This administration is a joke! Unfortunately this kind of governance appeals to those who see themselves as victims a status which apparently elevates one to super-citizen status. I see no settlement. I see only vindication in the Appeals Court. Go Softee! JFD
