To those than wonder why SanDisk stock isn't performing well, a random thought. Companies whose primary business is intellectual property haven't been held in high esteem by the street lately. Witness Rambus. I wonder, since a significant portion of SanDisk valuations are IP and their ability to license, if that isn't affecting the stock price. If you look at the counter-suits against Rambus they are vaguely similar to the Lexar suit against SanDisk. I wonder if SanDisk is at least partially being painted with the Rambus brush. Just a thought, opinions welcome. John
