The jump was just before the Qwest meeting, and it fell just after. Recall that Q owns 19% of ARTT. Perhaps someone anticipated an announcement of some sort from Q. Q does have a broadband strategy (if one can call it that) based on DSL and fiber. They apparently are working together in San Jose. The company reports results on the 13th.
