i also picked up a few cheapo DJX puts...like you say, cheaper than lottery tickets. i think the moves had a lot to do with a) mufu year end and b) the almost perverse over-riding desire by money managers to stay IN the market come what may. it's truly astonishing...i'm not sure what it'd take...a tactical nuke maybe?
