Brian- it looks like no VSEA SLAPP against free speech trial in 2000. Maybe will have to wait until 2001 to find out why Aurelio tried and failed to stop a single parent from shopping in her own neighborhood!

VSEA headed back to court again tomorrow!

Another Case Management Hearing is scheduled for the Varian (VAR & VSEA), Susan B. Felch and George Zdasiuk SLAPP lawsuit. All are invited to attend: 10:00 a.m. PST, California Superior Court House, Dept. 17, San Jose, California, the Honorable Conrad L. Rushing presiding.

This is the 4th CMA and still no trial date!!

What? That's almost 2 1/2 years away! Everyone KNOWS the cycle has ENDED! Doesn't this guy read his SSB research? Doesn't he know JJ at SSB is a genious?
