Re: AMD switches to faster memory. A shockingly well-balanced article, considering it's from Kanellos. The only thing we need to work on them about, in preparation for P4 disinformation is to learn that: higher clock frequency !--> faster program execution when different CPUs are being compared. The P4 will probably recapture the "clock frequency crown" when released, but it's unclear that it will outperform a 1.2 GHz Tbird across most benchmarks. Doug
